International shipping
- Delivered in 4-7 business days by air (vary by location)
- Exclusive items take 7-14 business days to ship. If you order both Standard and Exclusive items together, the entire order will be shipped together, and the shipping time will follow the 7-14 business day timeline. (Learn more)
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations are only allowed for orders in the 'Order Received' status, where the shipping process has not yet started. (Learn more)
Return/Refund
- If you're not perfectly satisfied, you may request return you item(s) within 7 business days. You must return the items(s) within 7 days of your return request.
