Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout page based on your shipping address and the weight and dimensions of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost before placing your order.

Please note that Pre-loved products may generally show signs of use, and the packaging and accessories may differ from those of new products. Each pre-owned item has a detailed description of its condition, including signs of use and scratches, so we kindly ask you to check this information before making your purchase.
- Balaan selects vendors based on strict standards, working only with official domestic and international brand distributors and specialized luxury vendors. We also only handle Pre-loved products for which purchase receipts and authenticity certificates have been verified.
- Additionally, we operate a compensation policy that guarantees a 200% refund in case of counterfeit products, so you can purchase with confidence.
- Pre-loved products are classified into five stages based on their condition. You can find the condition description and high-resolution images on each product page.
- Please refer to the grading system below:
- S+ : New, unused, or unopened product
- A+ : Very clean product with minimal signs of use
- A : Clean product with light, natural wear
- B+ : Product showing signs of use, such as light scratches
- B : Product with visible signs of use, including discoloration and creases
- Due to the nature of second-hand products, some items may be eligible for A/S or repair, while others may not. Please send your order number or product number to [email protected], and our customer service team will check and provide further guidance.
- Please request a return within 7 business days from the date of receipt by emailing [email protected]. For detailed return instructions, please refer to our refund policy.
- Pre-loved products come with condition grades based on their state. Minor defects, as noted in the grade details, are not grounds for a free return.
- Unfortunately, returns and refunds cannot be processed after the return period has ended. If you wish to pursue A/S or repair, please contact us at [email protected].
- However, please note that due to the nature of second-hand products, A/S may not be available for certain items.
